Number of classes is 300, a combination of attending lectures as well as individual studying and working at home.

Work Methodology  

HR Academy© program has been designed to provide maximum practical knowledge and preparation for HR professionals through classes attendance.

Lecturers at the HR Academy are all experts in their work field. They have long-term professional engagement in service and operation and consultant experience in well-known international organizations. A part of the lecturers are university professors as well.

Visiting professors will also be part of the classes. They will transfer their practical experience related to the topic in the corresponding Module.

CS Global HR ACADEMY© practices the mentoring approach. Every participant has the opportunity to consult her/his mentor during the learning process. An administrative coordinator is at disposal for all possible questions the participants may have, not related to the contents.

All participants have access to the knowledge base needed for completing the Academy and have free access to the electronic edition of Global HR™ portal www.globalhr.mk .

Upon successful completion, every participant is awarded a Certificate issued by CS Global HR Academy©, as well as a personal letter of recommendation.

Enrollment prerequisites  
CS Global HR Academy© is open for all interested persons who:

  • have completed secondary education (4 years) or university studies. 
  • have knowledge of English language. Translation in Albanian language is available.
  • are able to use computer programs for processing texts, tables and searching the Internet.  
  • are willing to gain practical knowledge and a Certificate.  

Application deadline: 24th September 2010. Candidates are requested to submit an application form.

Students who have registered a term at university and unemployed persons will be awarded discounts.

There is a possibility of awarding scholarships for a limited number of candidates!
