KatarRESTAURANT SERVICE STAFF:
Management – (Married Status)
  • Restaurant Manager  – Minimum 10-15 years experience in this capacity, possess good knowledge in serving and promoting seafood products as well as training the service staff.
  • Restaurant Assistant Manager  – Minimum 8-10 years experience in this capacity, possess good knowledge in serving and promoting seafood products as well as training the service staff.
Besides Monthly Salary, other specific benefits for Restaurant/Assistant Restaurant Managers as follows:
  • Accommodation – Company-provided furnished family accommodation (provided that family will be living in Qatar), villa or apartment in compound with full maintenance, service, housekeeping, and telephone & internet access.
  • Vacation Air Tickets – Annual Economy Class (Employee plus family, if living in Qatar).
  • Education Assistance – Up to US$2,740 per child per year, max 2 children, if living/studying in Qatar.
Note: “Family” benefits are limited to Spouse plus 2 Children (below 18 years) and resident in Qatar. Monthly salary inclusive of transportation allowance.

Service Crew – (Bachelor Status)
  • Hostess/Receptionist (Female, 3-5 years experience in reputable restaurants/hotels).
  • Captain Waiter / Captain Waitress (Male & Female, 5-8 years experience, good knowledge in serving & promoting seafood products as well as training service staff).
  • Waiter / Waitress (Male & Female, 3-5 years experience in reputable restaurants/hotels).
  • Bartender (Male & Female, 3-5 years experience in reputable restaurants/hotels).
  • Assistant Waiter / Waitress (Male & Female, 2-3 years experience in reputable restaurants/hotels).
  • Cashiers (Female, 4-6 years experience in reputable restaurants/hotels, experienced in accounting and computerized systems).
Besides Monthly Salary, other specific benefits for Service Crew as follows:
  • Accommodation – Company-provided furnished sharing room accommodation (2 to a room) in villa in a compound with full maintenance, service, housekeeping, and telephone & internet access.
  • Staff transportation – Company-provided (bus).
  • Vacation Air Tickets – Economy Class (every 2 years).
BEACH ACTIVITIES STAFF (Bachelor Status):
  • Parasailing (Water Sports) Operator.
  • Sailing (Water Sports) Operator.
  • Speed Boat (Water Sports) Operator.
  • Pedal Boat (Water Sports) Operator.
*Above Water Sports Operators should have 3 to 5 years specific experience.
  • Life Guards – At least 3 years specific experience.
  • Cashier – At least 3 years specific experience, knowledge in computerized systems.
  • Maintenance Technician – 3 to 5 years specific experience in maintenance of water sports equipment.
  • Crowd Management Staff – At least 2 years specific experience.
All above staff must have work experience in beach resort operations and requires high level of English knowledge.
Besides Monthly Salary, other specific benefits for Beach Activities Staff as follows:
  • Accommodation – Company-provided furnished sharing room accommodation (2 to a room) in villa in a compound with full maintenance, service, housekeeping, and telephone & internet access.
  • Staff transportation – Company-provided (bus).
  • Vacation Air Tickets – Economy Class (every 2 years).
Additional Common Benefits for all Staff:
  • Duty Meals, Uniforms, Laundry services for uniforms, and Medical Coverage – Company-provided.
  • Vacation Leave – Thirty (30) working days per year of service.
  • End-of-Service Gratuity – 1 Month Basic Salary per year of service.
