It is our pleasure to announce a Seminar and Workshop with Mallen Baker in Skopje, one of the most appreciated names and practitioners in the field of corporate social responsibility.
Mallen is a writer, speaker and strategic advisor on corporate social responsibility and Founding Director of Business Respect. He has spoken at events across the world, particularly in the UK, South East Asia and China, Europe and North America.
Mallen Baker throughout his seminars shares his practical experience in the field of CSR.  In November in response to the invitation by CS Global, Mr. Baker is coming to Macedonia for the first time. As a regular columnist you may read his views in “Ethical Corporation”, where he is a member of the advisory board.
Mallen Baker is a former Development Manager of Business in the Community. His responsibility was to develop the right approach to the companies on issues that result from their main products and services.
The creation of Marketplace Responsibility Principles speaks for his experience and knowledge, during which he cooperated with the executive managers of major British companies.
He is the initiator of the famous Business Impact Review Group, consisting of 20 companies which developed a common approach in reporting on their activities in the area of CSR. Mallen is responsible for the work of the Business Impact Taskforce, whose main product and landmark is "Winning with Integrity Report".
Mallen is the manager of the project CSR Superbrands in the UK (British super brand in the field of CSR). Mallen is also the chairman of the Social Marketing Standards Advisory Task Group (Advisory Group for Social Marketing Standards) and he chairs Kingfisher plc's Stakeholder Advisory Panel (Advisory Panel of the stakeholders of Kingfisher). Mallen is a former member of CSR Europe, he was a part of which in the period 2006-2008.

Corporate social responsibility is becoming the major theme in business circles. Profit is no longer the only criteria for measuring the success of companies.


Topics of the Seminar and Workshop

Participants will have the opportunity to learn about the meaning and the role of COO and the fundamental aspects of CSR. During the workshop practical cases will be covered, and through good practice examples the participants will identify the advantage of CSR application.
Participants will be able to identify the patterns of CSR which are applicable for various industries, as well as to integrate CSR in the strategy of their companies.
